What to Expect

Because Gemma Club works by private appointment only, your consultation is never rushed and never shared with another client's project. During your first conversation, Elina will ask about your vision, budget, and timeline, and walk you through what's possible before any commitment is made.

Consultations are available in person for local clients, or remotely for clients outside Florida and New York. If you'd rather message directly, WhatsApp is available as a quick, informal way to start the conversation.

What to Bring or Share

If you're inquiring about a redesign, feel free to send photos of your existing piece ahead of your consultation. If you're commissioning a bespoke piece or engagement ring, any inspiration images, sketches, or Pinterest boards are welcome — they help Elina understand your style before you even speak.

Few jewelers can offer both a formally trained gemologist and a career collector working on the same sourcing decisions. At Gemma Club, Elina's GIA credentials and Daniela's decades of hands-on collecting experience work together, so every stone is judged both technically and by someone who has spent a lifetime around genuinely exceptional pieces — a combination few private jewelers can offer.

    Every inquiry is reviewed personally, and you can expect a reply within one to two business days. If your project has a firm deadline — a proposal date, a wedding, or an anniversary — please mention it in your first message so we can plan the timeline together from the start.
